Our Objectives are:

  1. To encourage, develop and promote the interest of researching Family History.
  2. To assist all persons interested in Family History in researching their family roots.
  3. To promote the exchange of information among members of the Group, and the general public.
  4. Conducting group activities, such as Guest Speakers and Help Nights, Historical Displays and Lectures.
  5. To encourage co-operation between similar Groups and bodies throughout Adelaide and the country areas of South Australia.

 

We are open for research each Thursday 10.00 till 4.00, also on the second and fourth Saturday afternoons each month.

The Legacy User Group normally meets on the First Monday of each month at 7.00pm.

The Adelaide Family Tree Maker User Group meets on the Third Saturday afternoon at 2.00pm.

Guest Speaker evenings are held on the Third Thursday of the Month, also at 7.00pm.

All are held at The Salisbury Tafe Heritage Centre (Old Police Station), 3 Ann Street, Salisbury. Plenty of Parking is available. Tea & Coffee available at after event chat.
